How do I know if an item is available?

If you see the Add To Cart button, that means the item is available (in stock) and you can order it. If you see the Add To Waiting List button, that means the item is not available and obviously you can not order it, but you can add it to your Waiting List and you'll be notified when the item becomes available again. Only registered Jazzis Web Shop customers see the Add To Waiting List button. Unregistered visitors see the Out Of Stock comment.

How do I find an item?

Use the Search function in the Search Menu if you wish to search the item by artists, title, record label or description. For more details about the search function see the Search Tips page. You can also use the Advanced Search page if you wish to search the item by other parameters, such as genre, country and many others.

How do I know what was the final charge for my order?

Use the Orders History page to see all your orders, charges, etc. Only registered Jazzis Web Shop customers can see the Orders History page.

How do I know if my order was shipped?

Use the Orders History page to see if a registered letter / EMS / package number exists next to your order. If so, the order was shipped, else it is still being processed. Only registered Jazzis Web Shop customers can see the Orders History page.

In what currency will my Credit Card be charged?

All charges are in NIS (New Israeli Sheqel). Your Credit Card vendor will most likely exchange it to your local currency, when charging your account. For more details see the Prices And Currency Tips page.
